Council Bluffs, Iowa – December 11, 2023 – Southwest Iowa Association of REALTORS®- held the 110th SWIAR Inaugural Gala on Friday, December 8th at the Hoff Family Arts Center. The Realtor® of the Year Award is meant to honor someone who exemplifies what it means to be a Realtor®. They are recognized for their business accomplishments, contributions to the association and the industry, and overall excellence in their profession.
