• David Stukenholtz joined the 148Dodge office located at 501 N. 148th Street, Omaha. David has 15 years’ experience in real estate investment and property management. David previously served 30 years as a Bellevue Police Office, retiring in 2022 as Assistant Chief of Police.
• Joel Dizona transferred from kwELITE and has joined the 204Dodge office located at 613 North 204th Avenue Circle, Omaha. Joel has over 3 years’ experience in the real estate industry. He has served in the Air Force and has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
• Keith Hale returned to the 86Dodge office located at 8601 West Dodge Road, Suite 120, Omaha.
• Natalie Hein joined the 148Dodge office located at 501 N. 148th Street, Omaha. Natalie is an attorney at Welch Law Firm, P.C. practicing in the areas of real estate, construction law and civil litigation. Approximately one-fourth of Natalie’s practice is landlord/ tenant litigation.
