Van Houten Announced as NP Dodge Residential Sales Vice President
Van Houten has served as broker for the NP Dodge Council Bluffs and Iowa offices since 1994. In his new role he will develop new business opportunities and real estate partnerships for Iowa, but also remain the broker for those offices.

The Council Bluffs native entered the business in the 1980s. Dan graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in 1976, and has been married to his wife, Diane, for 22 years. He has four children and two grandsons.
