One of the homes required extensive renovation and repair: including a new roof, central air installation, new flooring, new paint, a completely remodeled bathroom and second level reconstruction. Since the rehab was so extensive, the homeowner was moved into an NP Dodge apartment. Practically everything was replaced from top to bottom to create a better environment for the elderly homeowner. The work on the other home included an extensive bathroom remodel, installing new kitchen flooring, tearing out backyard concrete steps to build a new wooden deck, and general clean-up. By completing these modifications, the hard working volunteers were able to provide an elderly couple with a safer and more secure home. Sandy Dodge, President and Chairman of the Board of NP Dodge said, ?Saturday was a banner day for our NP Dodge family of companies and for the two families whose homes received our annual "Extreme Makeover"--NP Dodge style.? The grateful homeowners clearly recognized the extent of the hard work and generosity of our group of volunteers.? I consider myself fortunate to have worked with them last Saturday in helping make these transformations become a reality?.
