NP Dodge Celebrates Grand Opening of New Council Bluffs Sales Office

NP Dodge Real Estate celebrated the grand opening of their new Council Bluffs Sales office on Thursday, July 19th. The new office is located at 1032 Woodbury Avenue. Grand opening festivities began at 10:00 a.m. with a ribbon cutting and comments from Mayor Tom Hanafan; N.P. "Sandy" Dodge IV; Lynne Branigan, Vice Chair of CB Ambassadors; Deb Petersen, executive board member of the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce and Dan Van Houten, manager of the Council Bluffs office. Others in attendance at the ribbon cutting ceremony included N.P. "Nate" Dodge V and family, various members of the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce, CB Ambassadors, various members of the Council Bluffs City Council, businesses from the surrounding community, NP Dodge management, sales associates and staff.

The Council Bluffs sales office moved from their Madison Avenue location and relocated to their new facility on April 16th. They currently have 67 agents and continue to grow. It is a spacious building providing the convenience of both real estate and financial services for their customers.
