Ground Breaking Ceremony Begins Construction of Hidden Hills Community

Builder and developer, Quality Custom Homes, Inc., hosted a ground breaking today for the new Hidden Hills townhome community located at 815 Franklin Avenue. This new zero-step entry townhome community will be the first of it?s kind in the area, with construction beginning later this week. The ground breaking began at 5 p.m. with comments from Mayor Tom Hanafan; Todd Sales, co-owner of Quality Custom Homes, Inc.; and Pat Sturm and Christine Gochenour with the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce.

Those in attendance at the ground breaking ceremony included Mayor Tom Hanafan; Todd and Mindi Sales of Quality Custom Homes, Inc.; Scott and Cassie Sanford of Sanford Properties; Doug Goodman, President of Peoples National Bank; Mike Riedmann, President of NP Dodge Residential Sales Division; Dan Van Houten, office manager and agent Troy Granger of the NP Dodge Council Bluffs sales office, businesses from the surrounding community, NP Dodge sales associates and staff.
